Human Resources Information System Implementation
Enterprise-wide UltiPro HRIS implementation including core HR, payroll, benefits, performance management, recruitment, interfaces with four independent systems, all business process change standardization and change management. This project was implemented on time and under budget and was the recipient of the PMI-NAC Information Technology Project of the Year award.
Project Management for the HR Professional
Developed and continue to deliver a course for the Toronto HRPA for HR professionals who are or will be project managers and specialists who support multiple projects. This is being expanded to include the Thunder Bay and Ottawa chapters.
Human Resources Information System Vendor Selection and Negotiation/Hockey Payroll Implementation
Developed and gained approval of a business case to support the implementation of a human resources information system. Documented all existing business processes. Worked with the organization to implement necessary business process changes. Assisted with vendor selection and contract negotiation. Resulted in the signing of a vendor contract with Ultimate Software. Acted as the Project Manager for the implementation of NHL, AHL and ECHL hockey payroll.
Kronos Timekeeper and Advanced Scheduler Business Case
Developed and gained approval of a business case to support the implementation of a new instance of Timekeeper and a new installation of Advanced Scheduler.
Implementation of iCIMS Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in order to streamline manual administrative processes and eliminate duplication of efforts by recruiters and HR. Phase I included the implementation of iCIMS and social media integration. Phase II included a data interface to SAP.
